DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1.2. BUYER:
The consumer who places an order through the website and shares their information during the ordering process.

2. Topic

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. Product Information

The type, model, color, quantity, sale price, and payment information of the products are as specified on the order summary screen and the invoice.

4. Product Price and Payment

The product price is the sale price specified on the website on the date of the order.

Payment can be made via:

Credit Card,
Debit Card,
Bank Transfer / EFT,
Other electronic payment methods.

5. Delivery

Orders shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the ordering process within a maximum of 30 days following payment approval.

The Seller shall not be held responsible for delivery delays arising from force majeure events or carrier-related issues.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to submit a notification through one of the following communication channels:

Products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must meet the following conditions:

It must be unused,
It must be in a resellable condition,
It must be sent with its original packaging and accessories.

7. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

Products manufactured in accordance with the consumer's special requests,
Personalized printed items,
Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons once the packaging is opened,
Products that are non-resellable after use.

The relevant exceptions are subject to the provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

8. Return Process

The Buyer must send the product back to the Seller within a maximum of 10 days following the notification of withdrawal.

The Seller shall refund the product price to the Buyer using the original payment method within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.

9. Defective Products

In the event that the delivered product is defective, the Buyer may exercise one of the following rights:

Free repair,
Replacement,
Price discount,
Rescission of the contract (Refund).

10. Personal Data

Personal data shared by the Buyer shall be processed and protected in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) in force.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Trade, while Consumer Courts are authorized in cases exceeding these limits.

12. Entry into force

By completing the order, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the provisions of this Agreement.
